Looking for a female roommate for my 3-room apartment in Kalmar. I am 31 years old, work in healthcare, work a lot of night shifts, and am away quite a bit on my days off. I am looking for someone who is a student or working (ideally a weekly commuter). I myself will be away on average every third weekend and quite a few weekdays during the fall. It would be perfect if you have your occupation during weekdays daytime. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, storage, balcony, etc. There is an elevator. Parking is available along the street for 24 hours. Close to the bus stop & public transport. (50 m) We share a bathroom & kitchen. You sleep in your own bedroom with a window and a wardrobe. The apartment is 60 sqm. Your room is a smaller bedroom, which is currently furnished with a bed and small furniture, but you can freely choose if you want your own furniture or borrow mine. Requirement: You accept that a cat is in the home 🐈 & you are smoke-free and drug-free.
