Firewood (not a heat-storing fireplace) must be purchased privately or acquired in stock. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there's a sturdy sofa bed with a sleeping width of 140x200. The open kitchen and living room are on the backyard side, with access from the kitchen to a small terrace in the backyard. The loft is suitable for 2 people to sleep comfortably, but even 4 (there are mattresses and one bed). There are steep stairs to the loft. On the front yard side, there's a small lockable cold storage, where you'll also find a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal). Parking space with a heating plug in the front yard. At the end of the rental: The tenant is responsible for cleaning the apartment during the rental as well as final cleaning (ventilation of the carpets, vacuuming, dusting, mopping). All dishes must be washed. Garbage must be taken to the trash bin located in the area. Bottles and cans should be taken along. Pets can be negotiated. From here, it's also easy to head out from the yard to ski, bike or walk along the beautiful ridges. A few kilometers to Iso-Syöte.
