You who move in will share the WC with the female lodger, while I use a separate toilet. There is a laundry room in the building. The rent is 5,500 SEK per month and includes electricity, broadband, and other operating costs. The accommodation is non-smoking. The apartment is very centrally located with proximity to Heden, restaurants, services, and public transport. A tram is nearby and the Central Station can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot. The room is available for move-in from November 1st, as the current tenant is moving out at the end of October. Rental period by agreement. At a viewing, you will have the opportunity to meet the female lodger who will remain living here. She can also inform you about what it's like to live here.
