This spacious apartment is located 5 minutes from Hagsätra center. In our quiet center, you’ll find Matdax, Ica, the pharmacy, various gyms, etc. - 2 Bedrooms - 1 Living room - 1 Walk-in closet adjacent to the hall - 1 Bathroom incl. toilet & washing machine - 1 Guest toilet - Kitchen with space for a dining table - Balcony - Parking - Large basement storage - Top floor (elevator available) The apartment has two large bedrooms, one of which has built-in wardrobes. There is also a walk-in closet in the hall where you can store quite a bit since it’s well-planned. In the living room, we’ve accommodated a large family sofa, yet there’s still an open area, which can be used as a play corner or also as an office corner. In the apartment, we have chosen to install washing machines because the bathroom is also large enough for it. There is also an additional toilet, which has been much appreciated during our stay. In the kitchen, you can have a round or elongated table that could accommodate 4 or 6 seating places. Attached to the kitchen, we find a spacious balcony that we have furnished with outdoor furniture as we enjoy the sun in the summers from 10.00 AM until sunset. Parking is available right outside the door for 400 SEK/month. The neighborhood is quiet, and all residents here are families with children and nice neighbors. Advantageously, we live on the top floor, so there’s never a risk of noisy neighbors moving in above us.
