Rent out a room in my cozy apartment! My roommate is moving out in January, and I am now looking for someone who would like to move in with me! :) The apartment is fresh and tastefully furnished. With original features like doors, beautiful wooden floors, and stone floors in the hallway, the apartment provides a pleasant and cozy feel. The kitchen and living room are integrated into an open floor plan, while the two bedrooms are located along the hallway. The bathroom with shower and the kitchen were renovated in 2023, and a dishwasher was installed at the same time. There is a washing machine in the basement where you can book both the small and large laundry rooms if needed. A dryer and drying cabinet are also available. There is no balcony, but you can enjoy a very charming courtyard. Additionally, the apartment has excellent ventilation and very friendly and accommodating neighbors. The address is two minutes from bus 4, about 7 minutes from Östervärn's train station, and about 10 minutes from Värnhemstorget. The nearest grocery store is Coop at Kirsebergstorget, but Coop Xtra and other stores at Värnhemstorget are also nearby. If you want, you can also enjoy a beer at Mässingshornet, which is just around the corner. The rent includes: - A bedroom that you can furnish as you like.
