In winter, you can rely on snow, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and alpine skiing. Much can be reached directly from the house without needing a car. A family-friendly ski slope is just 5 km away, and Åre is about 1.5 hours by car. The house is also excellent for modern family life. With fast fiber internet, it's easy to work or study from home. The water-based underfloor heating provides comfort and can be easily controlled via mobile, even remotely. Just a two-minute walk from the house is a cozy restaurant with good food and the opportunity to enjoy local game dishes. The road to the house is lit all winter, making it easy and safe to get home even during the darkest months of the year.
