We will be moving abroad for a while and are looking for someone who can live there while we are away. The apartment has two separate rooms and a larger open living room with an adjoining kitchen. The total area is 68 sqm. There is a bathroom and a balcony with a nice view at the back. The rent only concerns the apartment. The rent includes a basic package with internet and TV. A laundry room is available. There is a stove (induction), oven, fridge, and freezer available. However, these are worn and may need to be replaced. Any improvement work and purchase of appliances can be covered by the owner or deducted from the rent. For a fee of 200 SEK per month, access to the sauna and gym is available. Parking is available for about 300 SEK/month. Some waiting time may occur. Electricity costs are included in the total rent.
