Here you live comfortably with plenty of space for the family, while being close to both nature, services, and the city's offerings. The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and other practical spaces. On the upper floor there is an additional bedroom as well as a kitchen and generous social areas with plenty of space for both daily life and socializing. The house has a homely and bright feel and is suitable both for a family and for those who desire extra space for, for example, a home office or guests. The house includes a large private garden and patio, perfect for relaxation, outdoor dining, and children's play. There is also a sauna for those who appreciate a little extra everyday luxury. The area is quiet, green, and family-friendly with proximity to restaurants, cafes, green areas, and nice walking paths. At the same time, the connections to central Stockholm are very good. It is about a 15-minute walk to the subway, and there are also bus connections to the subway nearby. The house is located about 7 km from central Stockholm, making it easy to combine a quiet villa life with proximity to the city. The home is rented out furnished as we will be living abroad for an extended period. Our hope is therefore to find a tenant who is looking for a comfortable and well-kept home over a longer period and who takes care of the house as their own.
