We are renting out our lovely townhouse due to overseas residence. It is a well-designed home on two floors in a quiet and child-friendly area with nature around the corner and excellent communications. Perfect for a small family with children. About the residence: On the entrance level, there is a furnished hallway, a kitchen renovated in 2017, and a bright living room that is perfect for socializing. There is also a shower and laundry room that was remodeled and renovated in 2016. Upstairs are three bright, privacy-protected bedrooms (one is currently used as a home office).
