1-room apartment in Tumba for rent 1 November–30 January NOTE! Pictures coming soon I'm renting out my 1-room apartment in Tumba for a limited period, from 1 November 2026 to 30 January 2027. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of one room plus kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with: * Oven and stove * Fridge and freezer The bathroom is equipped with: * Shower * Bathroom cabinet * Washing machine with built-in dryer There's also a shared laundry room and drying room in the building if you prefer to use that. The apartment will be rented out unfurnished, except for the washing machine/dryer. If desired, I can also leave, for example, an inflatable mattress, kettle, frying pan, pot, or other items we agree on. I'm flexible about this. Rent: 7,300 SEK/month Electricity and water: additional cost according to actual consumption Rental period: 1 November 2026 – 30 January 2027 Furnishing: Unfurnished I'm looking for a tidy and responsible person who will take good care of the apartment during the period. Since it is only a temporary rental, the accommodation is suitable for those who need temporary housing for a few months. Please note that the subletting is conditional on approval from the landlord or the Rent and Tenancy Tribunal. Therefore, moving in can only happen once the necessary permission is obtained. The rental is valid only until 30 January 2027 and cannot be extended.
