Renting out my beautiful apartment at Kiellands plass in connection with moving. About the apartment: Bright and neat 3-room apartment for rent in Iladalen, right by Alexander Kiellands plass. Here you will live peacefully in an established neighborhood, with Iladalen park and the walking trails along Akerselva right outside the door, and with tram, bus, cafes, and shops at a short distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a practical layout with good ceiling height and large windows that let in a lot of light. The living room has both a sofa set and dining table, and from here there is access to a southeast-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate, bright, and functional. The master bedroom has a double bed (150cm), and the other bedroom has a 120cm bed. The bathroom is modern and tiled with underfloor heating, and the hallway has a built-in wardrobe. The apartment is newly painted and has a good standard, so you can move right in. It is rented out fully furnished. Electricity, internet, and water are included. The apartment is rented out from November 6 to December 24. We have some flexibility around the rental period. The minimum rental period is 14 days. Viewing by appointment. Please send a short presentation of yourself and who will live here.
