Spacious and family-friendly house with roof terrace and garden in Lund – for rent January–June 2027 We will temporarily work abroad during the spring of 2027 and therefore wish to rent out our lovely, fully furnished house of 155 sqm during the period January–June 2027. The house is located in a quiet and very family-friendly area in Lund, with a playground right outside the garden. In the local area, there are good schools and preschools as well as nice green areas, including the popular S Hans backar. Here you live close to both nature and city life. There are good bus connections to Lund's center and Lund C, and it takes only about 10 minutes by bike to the central station. The house is spacious and well-planned with three bedrooms, a separate TV room, and a living room on the ground floor. There is plenty of space for both socializing and relaxation. The house includes a cozy garden and a lovely roof terrace with a nice view, where you can enjoy the beautiful days of spring and summer. We are primarily looking for a responsible family or individuals who need furnished accommodation in Lund for a limited period, for example in connection with work or research stays.
