Klockaregården, Linköping

I am renting out 1 room in my 97 square meter apartment. The room is about 12 square meters and furnished. Right next to the room is a large bathroom and a kitchen shared with the landlord. There are certain rules that we will write into the contract regarding cleaning, recycling, and cooking. The rent is 4600 SEK and a deposit of the same amount is required. I am looking for a neat and responsible woman to share my nice apartment with. Weekly commuters are prioritized and can get a reduced fee. The apartment is located 2.5 km from the city center and the university. I am away a lot.
