Nice apartment with continuous parquet, airy, fresh apartment, not open floor plan. Medium-sized bathroom has a washing machine in place. Separate kitchen that has a full fridge and freezer and a fan over the stove. We will leave the kitchen unfurnished and leave some pots and pans and porcelain. In the bedroom, there will be a double bed, wardrobe, table, and a chest of drawers. The hallway has built-in wardrobes and a walk-in closet is available in the hallway. Large and nice balcony with no overlooking because there are no houses nearby. We are renting out our apartment because one of us will start studying from December 2026.
