Fresh, charming, new and furnished attic apartment located in Lund's Center and just a few hundred meters from the central station. The apartment has an open floor plan with living room, kitchen, and sleeping alcove/bed corner in the same area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. The laundry room is in the basement. It can be rented with or without a 120-cm bed, but please notify this in advance. Located next to the Central Sports Field, the property consists of 4-5 story buildings in red brick. The courtyard is lush and cozy. Quiet area with proximity to green spaces and grocery stores. Official living area/housing size: 35 m² (as the apartment has sloping ceilings, all areas with a ceiling height of 1.9 meters or higher are counted in this). However, there are additional areas with a ceiling height below 1.9 m, which are not included in the total living area, meaning the apartment is much more spacious. The total floor area is maybe 50 m². There is an elevator in the property, but it only goes to the 4th floor. The rent includes heating, internet, and cable TV but not electricity. Water and electricity consumption costs are additional. There is a possibility of a warm or cold garage, but it must be rented separately. The property is equipped for individual measurement of cold and hot water consumption. Consumption is billed separately as an addition beyond the regular monthly rent.
