Hello You have your own room of 15+ sqm in co-living 5 minutes close to LTH, IDEON, and Lund University (5-10 minutes) In addition to your room, you have access to a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and patio. The house is a newly built passive house 2026 (different things just finished now for the autumn), which creates an even temperature all year round. The house is also designed for human health, which means more ventilation than normal, sound insulation, and material choices that do not mold or emit toxins. Everything is included in the rent like electricity, water, solid fiber, and heating. Cleaning for common areas is scheduled in pairs by the residents where the next pair approves or if desired, hired personnel can be paid for. To be allowed to live in the house, an interview is conducted to ensure at least that one can manage to live together with other people. Exactly what will be arranged and happen in the co-living is up to all of us who live there. However, we have the ambition to make it a legendary :) interesting place to live! So bonus if you have everything else, but other things are available or can be procured.
