Welcome to a pleasant apartment on a Scania four-sided farm. We ourselves live in the other half of the house. The environment is close to the sea and nice beaches (as far to Höllviken as to Trelleborg). The accommodation has a farm feel, its own entrance, access to a patio and grill, and parking (own car required). There are three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom (with bathtub). One on the ground floor and two upstairs where there is also another bathroom (with shower). The rent includes heating, electricity, wi-fi, and water. About 10 min to beaches in Höllviken. About 10 min to a larger grocery store. About 20 min to Malmö. About 30 min to Copenhagen. Around the accommodation there are several golf courses and fishing.
