See the pictures. * Shared kitchen on the lower floor. * Private bathroom with toilet and shower. * Parking space for one car. * Electricity * Water * Heating Communications: * 7 minutes walk to Torvmossegränd bus station. * 10 minutes with the bus 615 to Täby Centrum from Torvmossegränd bus station. * 20 minutes with the bus 613 to Danderyds Centrum from Tormossegränd bus station for connectivety with the Stockholm subway. It takes around 45 minutes to one hour to the Stockholm city center. Why renting out: My mother has recently moved out of from the villa to a home for the elderly. I currently live on the lower floor and it is the upper floor that is for rent. It may be possible to move in before the 1:st of November.
