We are considering renting out our home in Halmrast for five months, from February to June 2027, if we find the right tenant. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open living room/kitchen of about 80 m², and is rented out furnished. It is heated with a heat pump and wood stove, and there is an electric car charger on the property. Note that the road down to the house is steep. Municipal fees, internet, and road plowing are included in the rent, while electricity is additional. The deposit is one month's rent. Smoking is not allowed, and pets can be negotiated.
