Cozy and family-friendly Skåne farmhouse in the countryside on the outskirts of Svedala town. We are away for a few months due to work and are looking for a reliable tenant/couple/family who can take care of the house during the winter. There is an indoor fireplace, an outdoor bonfire site, and plenty of wood in the woodpile. Several parking spaces are available on the driveway, and a charging box is available. A relatively large storage space can be offered in the barn if needed. The house is mostly newly renovated with new appliances. Indoor pictures will be provided upon shown interest.
