Good cycle and pedestrian paths in the area and throughout Vallentuna. Bus stop is about 5 minutes from the house or you can walk to Ormsta station in fifteen minutes, where the Roslagsbanan takes you to Östra station in about 30 minutes and you have all of Stockholm City in front of you. Since we are currently serving abroad, there is an opportunity to rent our house while we are away until June 2027 at the latest. Additional costs, operating costs: electricity (varies per month depending on consumption, solar cells are installed and provide reduced cost in sunny months), broadband, alarm, water and sewage, and waste collection are paid separately.
