Welcome to a bright and pleasant apartment in very safe Tallkrogen. This is a large studio apartment that has a balcony with morning sun and a view over a quiet courtyard with mostly just trees and grass. You get evening sun through the window in the large kitchen. Right outside the apartment, you have access to a forest and many walking paths. 5 minutes from the apartment you have the Tallkrogen metro which takes you to the city in 15 minutes. Floor plan: It consists of 1 large room adjoining the balcony with light influx throughout and a real parquet floor, a spacious hallway that ties together all parts of the apartment, 1 large kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. There is plenty of storage space, and you have a large wardrobe for all clothes, towels, etc. Floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets were newly renovated a year ago, so it is very fresh. What is included in the rent: The rent includes electricity, heating, water, and broadband! Access to a bicycle room and a common laundry room is available in a separate building. Communication: The location is very good with walking distance to Tallkrogen subway (green line) which takes you to T-centralen in about 15 minutes. There are also several bus connections and proximity to E4/E20 for those who drive. Plus a quick 10-minute walk to the well-known ICA Bea Svedmyra where all shopping should be done!
