I am renting out my spacious and well-planned 1.5-room apartment as I am moving to Gothenburg for work. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a French balcony facing south. Airy hallway with plenty of storage, also a large furnished walk-in closet with additional storage. The bathroom had its plumbing replaced and was completely renovated about 1 year ago and has a combination machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The large room accommodates both a larger sofa and a 120 bed. The rent includes internet and electricity costs. Buses to Danderyd Hospital are about a 3-minute walk away, from where you can take the subway into central Stockholm. About a 5-6 minute walk away is also the Roslagsbanan, which takes you to Östra station in about 20 minutes. There are several cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as convenience stores and cozy walking areas.
