Hi, I want to rent out my recently renovated studio apartment with a large balcony as I'm moving in with my girlfriend. Don’t let the square meters fool you, it’s an open layout with high ceilings which makes the apartment feel larger. The panoramic glass to the balcony also makes the apartment feel larger and gives it a slightly “luxurious” feel. Water is included in the rent but electricity and heating are not. With an SL card, you can reach T-Centralen in 34 minutes with the Lidingöbanan. Within walking distance from Käppala, or a one-minute bus ride, is Gåshaga. From here, boat line traffic runs to Kvarnholmen and Strömkajen in Stockholm, via Nacka Strand and Slussen. In Käppala, you are close to the beach at Käppalabadet, the Käppalaskogen park, and the activity area Ljungvallen. Grocery stores and some services are within walking distance. The area also includes elementary schools, several preschools, and playgrounds. You can rent a parking or garage space in our areas whether you live with us or not. You apply through My Pages. We also collaborate with Aimo Park to manage our parking spaces. In Käppala, we have a garage, parking lots, and a charging station for electric cars for our tenants. For those residing at Merkuriusvägen, you will receive keys to your apartment and three Aptus tags. The smart tags are programmed with access rights to open the entrance, laundry room, and other common areas in the house. You hold the tag against an Aptus reader to open other doors in the building.
