Two Rooms in Female Collective Sublet from January 2027 Two rooms available for sublease in a cozy female collective – centrally located in Bergen (January–July) We are renting out two bedrooms in a cozy female collective from January to July🩷✨ The apartment consists of a total of 6 people, and currently, there are 4 very nice girls left in the collective – three from Stavanger and one from Bergen. We are all between 22 and 23 years old and are an inclusive, social, and tidy group who are concerned with taking care of each other and contributing to a good living environment. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (3 people per bathroom), 2 living rooms (including one main living room), and a slightly smaller kitchen, which still works very well for everyday use. The location is perfect – the apartment is situated in a quiet and nice street right by Nygårdsparken, within walking distance to the city center. It is only about a 3-minute walk to the Sammen student center and a short distance to both BI Bergen and UiB. Additionally, there are several grocery stores nearby and good public transport connections close by. One of the rooms available for rent is the largest in the collective (Bedroom 2 in the pictures), with three windows that bring in a lot of light and ample space. The room is estimated to be about 13–15 sqm and has a 160 cm bed. It is rented out with a desk and chest of drawers, and the bed can be negotiated if needed. Price: 8500 NOK. The other room is a bit smaller (Bedroom 1 in the pictures) but still of a good size, with space for a 140 cm bed. This room is also rented out with a desk and chest of drawers, and the bed can also be negotiated here. Those renting the rooms will share a bathroom with one other person in the collective. Price: 7900 NOK We are looking for girls in the same age group who are tidy, social, and responsible, and who are committed to following up on duties and agreements with both the collective and the landlord.
