Åhusgatan, Malmö

Hello, I plan to rent out my apartment from November onwards, with a rental period of 12-24 months. The apartment is small (12m2) but has a large bathroom, a loft bed, and a kitchenette. The apartment is smartly furnished and is suitable for one person. Perfect as an overnight apartment, or for those who prefer to have their own apartment rather than rent a room for a similar amount. There is a new laundry room one floor down, the laundry room is almost always available. There is no storage room. The apartment has windows facing a small nice courtyard. Requirements: The apartment is only rented out to one person, two people are not allowed. Pets are not allowed (I have nothing against pets, the apartment is just too small). Smoking is completely prohibited in the apartment, of course. No payment defaults Looking for someone who wants to focus on work, studies, etc. If not studying, has a stable income (pay stub, employment contract or other form of proof before signing the contract) Application: At least two references Brief description of who you are, and what you do. Living in Copenhagen, and thus wish that we have a short phone conversation before we decide to meet in the apartment. IMPORTANT. Before you send an application make sure that you follow the requirements I have, only complete applications that meet the requirements will be read. Before I can give any potential positive decision on the rental, the housing association must accept the application, hence it's extra important that you follow the requirements I have.
