Note; Short-term rental due to sale. The apartment appears modern with good space and a new, fully renovated bathroom from 2025. The residence has three rooms, of which two are approved as bedrooms and one can be used as an office, TV room, etc. The bedrooms have access to a fire escape, and the office has only one window towards the ceiling. They are located on the first and second floors respectively. The residence is rented out partially furnished. We will agree on what you need. There are also two storage rooms available, of a relatively good size, which can be accessed if needed. Internet and TV are included in the price. Electricity has typically been between 400-1000,- per month. There's a fireplace available and a good amount of wood left in the storage room (probably enough for this winter season) which you can use until it runs out. The residence is currently for sale, which means we are looking for flexible people who, for a slightly cheaper rent, can present the apartment for viewing when needed. Therefore, great emphasis is placed on who you are, and we are willing to go to great lengths for the right tenants in terms of price and facilities rather than 'first come, first served'. The residence has large, communal green areas that can be used by everyone. The residence is located about 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest grocery store (Kiwi) and about 5 minutes walking distance from both the nearest school (Melløs) and kindergarten.
