Here you'll live in a perfect location, close to both nature, lakes, and excellent transportation. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach commuter trains, the subway, and Farsta center, which offers a wide range of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, Systembolaget, cafes, a library, a gym, a swimming hall, and a nice marketplace. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are beautiful wooded areas and lakes nearby, and in winter, you are close to Ågesta's lovely cross-country ski trails. About the apartment: The apartment is located high up in the building with a lovely south-facing position and plenty of natural light. The balcony is a cozy spot for morning coffee if the weather permits. The apartment was originally a 3-room unit, but one room will be locked for storing our private belongings. So, you are renting a furnished 2-room apartment with a good layout. The building has a large and fresh laundry room with both a drying room and a tumble dryer. Additionally, there's a smaller washing machine in the apartment. Electricity and home insurance are included in the rent.
