In spring 2027, the apartment will undergo a renovation of the water pipes and the bathroom. The water pipe renovation will not affect living, but during the bathroom renovation (estimated duration about four weeks), living will not be possible. During the bathroom renovation, the tenant will not have to pay rent. The area is peaceful and has good transport connections (bus stop 0.3km away) to the city center and LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences located in Skinnarila.
