Doktor Westrings Gata, Göteborg

Hi… I want to rent out my fully furnished apartment in a sublet. From January 1st to June 21st, 2027, then I am away. The residence is located in central Gothenburg, a 10-minute walk to Chalmers and Sahlgrenska. The move-out date can be discussed. The notice period is 3 months, which must be given in good time. The deposit fee for inventory and termination can be discussed and may apply. The rent is 8300/month including heating, water, electricity and wifi. Cleaning and maintenance materials are available until they run out and you must purchase as needed throughout the rest of your stay. There is a bus and tram stop near the residence. If needed, housing services are available. I would prefer that you have insurance.
