Wonderful house with a lovely view over Tunaviken in Österskär. We are moving abroad for a few years and are renting out a fantastic newly renovated house with 4-5 bedrooms, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living room facing directly west with views over the beautiful Tunaviken and the Näsudden nature reserve on the other side. Parking space for three cars and two charging stations, a storage room and a wonderful plot. Dock space with room for a boat and jet ski. 5 minutes by bike from Österskär station and 35 minutes by Roslagsbanan to Stockholm. At Österskär station there is the nice shop Add a flower and the interior store Stationen, which also offers yoga, meditation, and pilates. Österskär is a jewel full of beautiful walking paths and a seaside bath with a restaurant and ice cream kiosk in the summer. Several good preschools and schools are just nearby. A unique location, a place to grow and enjoy.
