All tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and keeping the shared areas clean and pleasant. We are responsible for the regular deep cleaning of the shared spaces. The accommodation is only a 7-minute walk from the nearest stop, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. The area is surrounded by beautiful nature and is calm and pleasant. A lot is included in the rent, such as electricity, garbage collection, and heating, among other things. We prefer that tenants stay longer than 5 months.
