Many windows provide wonderful natural light. There is also an attic where you can store things. The residence has common areas such as a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. All tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and keeping the common areas clean and pleasant. We take responsibility for the regular deep cleaning of the common areas. The residence is only a 7-minute walk from the nearest stop, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. The area is surrounded by beautiful nature and is quiet and pleasant. A lot is included in the rent, such as electricity, garbage collection, and heating, among other things. We prefer tenants to stay longer than 5 months. It is perfectly fine to share the room with a friend, but it's also okay to rent the room for yourself. Furniture and other details can be customized according to the tenants' needs.
