Many windows provide lovely natural light. There is also an attic where you can store things. The residence has shared spaces such as a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. All tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and keeping the common areas clean and pleasant. We are responsible for the regular deep cleaning of the common areas. The residence is only a 7-minute walk from the nearest stop, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. The area is surrounded by beautiful nature and is quiet and pleasant. Much is included in the rent, such as electricity, garbage collection, and heating, among other things. We would like the tenants to stay longer than 5 months. It is fine to share the room with a friend, but it is also fine to rent the room on your own. The furnishing and other details can be adapted to the needs of the tenants.
