A well-planned and cozy 2-room apartment in Klingsberg. Rented furnished as a sublet from January to June, as I am going on a long trip. The apartment: 54 square meters, 2 rooms of which one is a bedroom. Laundry room in the basement and small storage cellar. Location: 17-minute walk to the city center, 3-minute walk to Vrinneviskogen. Grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. Included in the rent: water, electricity, heating and internet. I am looking for a nice and reliable tenant who takes care of the apartment and pays the rent on time. Please include a brief introduction about yourself in your inquiry.
