Renting out my 2-room apartment in Kortedala (nearest stop Runstavsgatan). This is due to cohabitation trial/test of another accommodation. The apartment is on the corner (windows in all rooms), one floor up. Balcony adjacent to the living room. There are plenty of closets in both the hallway and bedroom. Bathtub. There is a small washing machine in the apartment, but also the laundry room in the neighboring building has plenty of times. Electricity and broadband are included in the rent, including these furnishings: countertop dishwasher, smart TV, sofa, kitchen table/chairs, bed, balcony furniture.
