The rent is around 5500 kr/month (electricity not included + one month's rent as deposit). The room for rent is about 15 sqm and has built-in wardrobes. The apartment has a kitchen, a large lovely living room, a dining room, and a large wonderful balcony facing west 🪴🌸🌼 Move-in date is November 1st. You will live with: Molly, a journalist at Skånes Folkblad who enjoys training in calisthenics and handstands, dancing lindy hop, singing in a gospel choir, cold swimming, cooking, and taking walks. Joel (moving out December 31st), works as an escort and likes, among other things, studying German, reading, and swimming. Markus (moving in January 1st), is studying to become a psychologist in Lund and likes, among other things, meditation, cold swimming, and climbing. Enjoys nature, whether in the deep forest or near the sea. Curious about people and enjoys unexpected encounters. We are looking for a social person who is interested in living with others, likes to hang out in the kitchen on a daily basis, and wants to eat together. Preferably someone who wants to stay for a longer period. We usually have a cleaning schedule and collective meetings where we can bring up thoughts on how we want the living arrangements.
