The apartment is available for rent to students from 01.01.2027 - 30.06.2027 with the possibility for longer rental if desired (can be arranged privately). It is also possible to rent by room; in that case, it's 8500 for the room with green wallpaper, 8000 for the middle room, and 7800 for the smallest.
