The bathroom, renovated about 10 years ago during the plumbing renovation, is clean, functional, and compact. A washing machine can fit in the bathroom. Currently, the apartment has the previous tenant's washing machine, which can be left for the next tenant, but the landlord does not guarantee the machine's functionality or condition. It can be used or removed before moving in. The machine will not be replaced by the landlord if it breaks or malfunctions. The apartment includes a storage cage for storing belongings. The storage is on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a bicycle storage/pram storage available. Parking is available at a separate cost of 50 €/month. There are also garages in the housing cooperative. If any are available, garage rental can be arranged separately. Parking spaces and garages are rented through the landlord and cannot be directly rented from the housing cooperative. Terms of the lease agreement: - Indefinitely valid lease agreement - Rental deposit 1500 euros - Water fee (hot and cold) is paid in advance at 25 €/month.
