Henrik Smithsgatan, Malmö

Now there is an opportunity to rent a cozy one-bedroom apartment of 55 sqm in popular S:t Knut in Malmö! I am going to test living with my boyfriend, so I am renting out for 6 months with a chance of extension up to a year. It is a one-bedroom apartment of 55 sqm, all amenities with washing machine and dryer, large fridge+freezer and dishwasher. Will rent out partially furnished, we will agree on it together. The apartment has a nice balcony. You should have your own home insurance and electricity is billed monthly. I have an internet subscription you are welcome to keep, the cost for this can be added to the rent. I would be happy if you write a few lines and tell about yourself, and we'll take it from there.
