After the work is completed, the subway will return to normal traffic. Currently, Google Maps might show longer travel times because parts of the route are replaced by bus during the work. Normal travel time to KTH: 2-minute walk from the apartment to Farsta Centrum subway → about 17 minutes on the green line to T-Centralen → short transfer (2–3 minutes) to the red line → about 6 minutes to the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). Total travel time is about 30–35 minutes. About the accommodation A bright, newly renovated, and very well-maintained room is available for rent in a large apartment in Farsta Centrum. The apartment is shared with the apartment owner in a calm, safe, and well-organized environment. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable daily life: Kitchen: Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, and everything needed for cooking. There are two brand new refrigerators (providing plenty of private space for groceries), a new microwave, and a new kettle. Bathroom & WC: The apartment has both a full bathroom (equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, and hairdryer) and a separate guest WC. Cleaning & Laundry: Access to an iron, ironing board, and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is also fully equipped with a new vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, and dustpan for easy cleaning. Storage: There is ample built-in storage space (wardrobes) in the hallway. Room: Rented furnished with a comfortable bed with clean and fresh mattresses and a mattress pad, a large practical shelf, a chest of drawers, a chair, and a desk lamp if needed. With the green line, it takes about 17 minutes to T-Centralen (Stockholm City). 🛍️ Farsta Centrum offers a wide range of bakeries, shops, restaurants, gyms, and all imaginable services. 🌿 Nature and leisure: Close to swimming pools, jogging tracks, and fine green areas. 🚗 Parking: There is free 7-day parking in the area. 🏢 The building is very accessible and has two elevators. Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is a calm, well-behaved, and non-smoking person with stable finances.
