The area is a quiet neighborhood suitable for families with children, a two-minute walk to the nearest grocery store and gym, and a four-minute tram ride to the Korsvägen hub. Moving in is possible from November 1st, but earliest up to a month after signing the contract and submitting the application for sublease to Wallenstam.
