Hauskankatu, Mikkeli

The second L-sized room will be available on December 21st on Hauskankatu. So L as in larger – all-inclusive shared living in Emola. A 14 m² furnished room in Emola belongs to the L-size rooms, meaning the most spacious. Rent is €390/month, including electricity, water, and closets in the room (other rooms have storage in the corridor). We also rent the room for shorter periods, for example for study internships. The room comes furnished. Shared use includes a kitchen with all dishes, a toilet and shower, and laundry facilities. There is also storage space in the basement. Cleaning and snow removal are shared. This is a straightforward home, one that has seen some life. It doesn’t boast or try to be younger than it is. There is a glimpse of the ‘90s in the decor. Perfectly suitable for a student, an intern, someone coming to Mikkeli for a temporary job, a weekly resident, someone needing a base for a project, or anyone else in need of a furnished base. You can settle here with light luggage. Your own belongings, a toothbrush, and something to fill the fridge. That's pretty much your moving list, as the furniture and basic living essentials are ready. Rent €350 plus electricity and a single person water fee €40 = €390. In terms of credit history, mundane is beautiful. In this case, the lack of surprises is quite an appealing characteristic.
