Pleasant and well-maintained year-round residence in the peaceful Ammenäs, with about a 10-minute walk to the beach and pier. In total, there are six sleeping places, four in the main building and two in the Attefall house. The large, child-friendly lawn is ideal for playing, ball games, and gardening, and a robotic lawn mower takes care of the ongoing mowing. There are also several storage rooms and parking on the property and additional public parking about 50 meters away.
