Upstairs: approx. 10 square meters (height approx. 160 cm), sleeping area. Accommodation for 2+2 people The apartment easily accommodates two people, and more if necessary. The attic space has a queen size bed and an extra mattress, and the living room has a sofa. Blankets, pillows, bed linens, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, and other basic kitchen supplies are included. The work/dining room has an adjustable desk as well as a dining table and 4 chairs. The apartment's materials and furnishings have been updated to a high standard. The kitchen, bathroom, sauna, and separate toilet have been recently renovated, and a new dishwasher and washer-dryer make daily life easier. The air source heat pump in the attic space adds to the living comfort, and the house is heated with eco-friendly geothermal heating. The rent also includes a fast fiber-optic connection that enables smooth remote work. Peace and Quiet This is not just any temporary accommodation; when you walk in, you feel at home. The apartment is peaceful and quiet. From here, you can admire the views in three directions, and the old maples in the housing company's own yard frame the vistas.
