Klaragatan, Malmö

Looking for a flatmate in Malmö ☀️ Hej! My name is Benoit, I’m 47 years old from France, and currently studying a Master’s in Geology at Lund University. I am renting out a 9 sqm furnished room in my 3-room apartment located in Norra Sofielund, Malmö. * Rent: 4,200 SEK / month (all inclusive: heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi) * Deposit: 1 month's rent * Available from: November 1st * Duration: Ideally long-term, but short-term setups are also welcome About the vibe: I am calm, clean, organized, non-smoker, and have no pets. In my free time, I love being in nature, hiking and camping, bouldering, practice yoga, watch movies and go to concerts. Sharing the space with a respectful and easy-going person who also appreciates a community-minded, social home environment would be lovely. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please send me a message with a short introduction about yourself. I also always meet potential flatmates in person before signing a contract. Vi hörs! 🌿
