Detached house for rent over the winter, until the end of March or April. Then it's going for sale, planning to fix up the yard and a bit of the house. If you want to buy the whole house now, price is €39,000. More in the spring. Peaceful location, about 1 km to the shore of Lake Pälkäne. 37 km to Tampere, 18 km to Kangasala, 13 km to Pälkäne. Upstairs 65 m², access to the ground floor from outside, there's a shower and washing machine connection. The house is in okay condition, has an air heat pump and solar panels and a fireplace. Rent includes some amount of firewood. Because the house has an air heat pump, electricity bills are not completely outrageous. Depending on consumption habits and electricity contract, estimated electricity consumption: at 0 degrees about €100, at -10°C frost €200, and at -20°C frost €300-400 per month. A downside is that there's no water toilet, there's an outhouse. Update 20.10.2026: Ordered an incinerating toilet, Incinolet, and 500 bags also, so you don't need to acquire more immediately. The house does have a toilet room with a faucet and sink, but no bowl. (In the hallway picture, you can see the door on the left, next to the corner shelf cabinet. I'll update the pictures once the incinerating toilet is in place. Preferably a tenant who understands something about the house and its technology. Or at least is interested in finding out. The kitchen currently has an old wooden floor, planning to put a new surface on it.
