One of the house's major advantages is the spacious terrace and the balcony on the upper floor, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, new fridge and freezer, hob, and convection oven. The house also has a relatively new washing machine, two attic closets, and good storage options. The house is fully functional and ready for move-in, but has some minor unfinished details. This includes surface improvements and continued exterior painting during the summer. The kitchen lacks an extractor fan. There is no requirement for the tenant to renovate or perform improvement work. Any changes or work should be discussed and approved in advance. **Rent and operation** Since I prioritize a fast tenant, I offer the first 3 months at 3000 SEK per month in cold rent. The monthly rent is 7,000 SEK in cold rent. The deposit upon the first payment is also 7,000 SEK. The tenant pays for operating costs. Heating is via wood burning and direct-acting electric elements. By burning wood, electricity costs can be kept down, especially during the winter months. The tenant is responsible for arranging the wood. **Other information and conditions** - The house has its own well and sewage system. - The tenant is responsible for garbage collection and sanitation. - Lawn mowing and trimming of the plot are part of the tenant's ongoing responsibilities during the growing season. - If there is a need for snow removal, the cost is shared with the affected neighbors according to agreement. - A deposit of 6,000 SEK is required. - Garage and storage are not included in the rent. Possible access to the garage can be discussed separately. - The landlord is responsible for repair and replacement of, for example, appliances and water heaters in case of faults and normal wear and tear. - The condition of the house is documented before moving in. - Verifiable income and good payment capacity are requested. - A credit check is conducted before any rental agreement.
