We are renting out our home for 3 months due to traveling! Is it something for you? Highlights: - central apartment with a great view of the city - large living room/lounge - bordering the forest and mountain with Løvstien right outside - new bathroom in 2025 Fourth floor w/elevator, but from street level there is one landing up to the elevator (10-15 steps). All fixed costs (electricity, water, internet, etc...) included, but parking must be arranged separately - we have paid residential zone parking outside. Bus no. 10 stops just 2 minutes away and takes you to the city center in about 10 minutes. The nearest shop is Spar, about 10 minutes walk. Rema 1000 about 15 minutes walk. We are flexible with the rental period, but prefer 1 month or more. Ideal for singles and couples (possibly with 1 small child, but be aware that we do not have a crib!). Feel free to send a message and tell us a bit about yourself and why you want to rent! ___ More details: The living room has a dining area, a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a TV with Chromecast. A workdesk in one corner. From the living room, there is access to the balcony. The entire facade of the building was renovated in 2020, and an enclosed balcony was added. This is in addition to the other area and is about 8 sqm. There are seating options here. Unbeatable view of the city. The bathroom was renovated last year (2025) and is somewhat smaller in size. The kitchen is currently the least modern room, but it is well-equipped, works fine and we have made several small updates to make it pleasant (planned to renovate in 2027). Both the hallway and bedroom have wardrobes where we will make space for you. The bedroom has a double bed with a width of 160 cm, and a lovely, peaceful view towards the forest and mountains. It is quiet here and you sleep well. Guests can use our bedding and towels if desired. We have a selection of summer and winter duvets.
