I am renting out my one-room apartment at Lindholmen starting from November 1st to June 1st with the possibility of extension. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the nearest bus station and the ferry across to Stenpiren is within a 4-minute walking distance. The apartment is new construction since 2023. I am renting it out partially furnished with a bed (140cm), sofa, and TV. There is a shared rooftop terrace that can be used. I am renting it out for 9500 SEK per month, including internet & water. Electricity is additional, usually around 100-150 SEK per month. One month's deposit and a contract with 3 months' notice period. I am renting out the apartment because I live with my partner outside of Gothenburg.
